A client is looking to recruit a Senior Engineer who will be working within a bridges and structures design team in an established Rail business, the role involves but is not limited to the following:

•           Responsible for managing a small team of up to 5 individuals

•           Responsibility of delivering up to 10 projects concurrently to time and to budget

•           Daily management of projects reporting to Project Manager

•           Design and Design Management from inception to completion

•           Supervising and managing assistant engineers and technicians

•           Liaison with other members of project teams both internal and external

•           Liaise with internal and external sub contractors

•           Involvement with cost management, tenders, invoicing of projects

•           Client presentations

Circa 75% of time will be spent on Design and will include planning and undertaking survey works on site.
