Our client is the UK and Ireland’s leading pollution response and remediation specialists.  They are a market leader in Pollution Response and Remediation with one of the largest network of established regional offices across the UK and Ireland.

Our client is looking for a Senior Consultant/Scientist/Engineer to join their growing Dublin operation with a view to developing the role to become an Operations Manager.

You will ideally have  4-8 years experience in contaminated land work, with a strong preference for hydrocarbon expertise plus remediation and contracting experience 

More experienced candidates will be considered. The salary band is approximately €35k - €45k, although our client will pay potentially more for a very experienced candidate with proven commercial experience.

Degree (or equivalent) in Environmental Science or similar subject
•Demonstrate self-starting ability and contribute to changes in operation.
•Identify, analyse and interpret problems effectively and determine appropriate action for their solution based on sound judgement.
•Ensure work quantity is timely, efficient and consistent with established standards, maintaining high utilisation and billable time, keeping peers and managers informed of availability.
•Originate and develop the most cost efficient and effective solution, based on resources.
•Maintain effective written and verbal communication with subordinates, peers, management, subcontractors and client contacts.
