Our client is an international geotechnical and environmental consultancy, providing a comprehensive range of analytical advisory and design services.

They currently have an opening for an Energy Modeller, on a freelance basis,  to aid in the energy certification for commercial and domestic buildings/sites.

Assignments will be every few months for 2-3 week durations, in either Norwich or London.

Focus will be on providing support for delivery of Energy Sustainability Statements as part of Environmental Statement for new developments.

This includes involvement at all stages from energy audits, thermal modelling, renewable energy feasibility assessments and project implementation and advising clients on carbon and energy efficiency design solutions.

Experience of modelling software’s including TAS, IES, SBEM, SAP

Previous experience within a consultancy environment is advantageous
